What She Does

  • During her time at City College of New York, Ms. Durante has enjoyed building a portfolio of academic writing including research proposals, which will culminate in writing and defending a thesis. Writing samples are available on request.

  • Ms. Durante’s approach to organizational psychology is informed by over a decade of experience in theater, opera, film & TV, immersive theater, and LARP, all of which require robust communication to be executed successfully. Believing in the importance of pursuing passion projects, she continues to be involved in the performing arts as her studies permit.

  • A background in photo editing and copyediting led Ms. Durante to her first job in a corporate setting. Communicating effectively with clients is a crucial part of working as a visual designer, and that position provided firsthand experience of the ups and downs of working with a large, international brand.
